Below is a link to your take home health exam.  You are to answer all of the questions.   Do not leave any questions blank, as they will be automatically marked wrong.  You may use the chapters to help you with the questions.

Health Take-Home Exam.

Please note that the questions for "Chapter 8" on the take-home exam relate to Chapter 3 in our textbook.  The test booklet comes from an older textbook.  The information, however, is the same.

Please print the exam, and return with it to class on Friday, November 30th.  Anyone who does not turn in the exam will receive a grade of ZERO.
