1.  READ CHAPTER ONE, SECTION FOUR in your health textbook (pp. 21-25).
2. Click here for the Unit 1 Packet.  Complete the exercises on pages 13 and 14 of the unit one packet.

Please be advised that there will be a quiz on Chapter One next FRIDAY!
