Welcome to our health class. This blog will be a place for you to review information discussed in class, get access to your homework assignments, and other items related to this class. Please bookmark the link in your browser, as you will be using it often.
Here is your first assignment. The assignment is due Thursday, September 11th
1. Download, and Print the Health Class Contract. Please review the contract, and have your parents sign it. The Contract is Due by the Next Class Session (Sept. 9th)
2. DOWNLOAD and Print the Unit 1 Packet. The Unit 1 health packet will cover chapters 1 and 2 in the textbook we will be using. The textbook is online, and you will be completing readings from the textbook at home. Click here for the Unit 1 Packet
3. Read Chapter One in your health textbook. Click here for the Health Textbook. Read Lesson 1 "Your Total Health." Lesson 1 can be found on pp. 5-10 of the Health Textbook. It is suggested that you download the chapter to your computer, tablet, phone, etc. You may print it on your own, however, it is not required.
4. COMPLETE the exercises on pages 3, and 4 of the Unit 1 Packet.
